  • 1. Are your crystals natural, dyed, or lab-made?

All of our crystals are 100% natural raw stones without lab synthesis, heavy artificial dyeing or glue filling. Only basic polishing and waxing is applied for better texture, which will not change the natural properties of the crystals.

  • 2. Why do natural crystals have cracks, inclusions and color differences?

Minor cracks, inclusions and color variations are unique natural characteristics of genuine crystals instead of defects. Each natural crystal is one-of-a-kind, which distinguishes natural gemstones from artificial replicas.

  • 3. What is the craft of your crystal products?

All our crystal products are hand-cut and finely polished with smooth and burr-free edges. All series including bracelets, ornaments and pendants are multi-layer polished to ensure aesthetics, texture and durability.

  • 4. Are your crystal stones consistent with the display pictures? 

All product pictures are real shots without excessive filter modification. Slight natural differences in texture and color exist due to the uniqueness of natural crystals, while the overall style and quality are highly consistent with the display pictures.

  • 5. Are crystal beads/ornaments uniform in size and shape?

Natural crystals cannot achieve industrial absolute uniformity. Slight differences in size and shape of beads and free-form ornaments are normal. All products strictly follow industry size standards with tiny errors.

  • 6. Do your crystal products contain harmful substances?

All crystal raw stones and accessory parts have passed safety tests with no heavy metals or harmful chemical residues. They are non-toxic and safe for daily wear, home decoration and meditation use with no side effects on the human body.

  • 7. Can crystal products be worn daily and are they durable?

Common crystals like clear quartz, amethyst and rose quartz have high hardness and are suitable for daily wear and long-term placement. Soft crystals such as fluorite and calcite need to avoid strong collision and extrusion for long-term use.

  • 8. Will natural crystals fade over time?

Our natural original-color crystals will not fade naturally. Long-term exposure to sunlight, cosmetics, perfume and acidic or alkaline products may dull the surface luster. Proper daily maintenance can keep the crystals transparent and glossy for a long time.

  • 9. What energy and healing properties do your crystals have?

Different types of crystals have traditional spiritual meanings and energy properties for reference, such as amethyst for calming meditation, rose quartz for positive interpersonal energy, and clear quartz for energy purification. All properties are for spiritual reference only, not medical effects.

  • 10. Are there grade differences in your crystal products?

All our crystals are high-quality selected natural stones without inferior cracks, turbidity and severe mineral pits. With clean texture and few flaws, our products are better in quality than ordinary market crystals with higher cost performance.

  • 11.What size are the crystals I will receive? 

Sizes are listed on each product page. Since every natural stone is unique, there will be slight differences in shape, weight and color between individual pieces. You will get one piece similar to the listing photos.
